In short
Log in to Flirt Naughty at members.flirtnaughty.com/login. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset link on the login page and check your spam folder for the email. Your statement shows the billing name displayed at checkout. Cancel in Settings > Billing; delete your account from your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account.

Where to log in
Your account lives in the members area, not on this information website. Log in at members.flirtnaughty.com/login with the email address and password you joined with.
If the page won't accept your details, check the obvious culprits first: a different email address from the one you signed up with, caps lock, or a password manager filling in an old password.
Forgotten your password
Use the password reset link on the login page and enter the email address you joined with. A reset email should follow. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes:
- check your spam, junk and promotions folders
- make sure you typed the address you actually joined with
- request one new reset and use the most recent email
Still nothing? Contact the members help centre and tell them the email address you think you used.
Asked to verify your ID
Some sign-ups may be asked to confirm their identity before they can continue, for example if you joined through a VPN or your account has been flagged. Verification is handled by LEM Verify using a photo ID and a selfie. For everyone else, the ID badge is optional. How it works explains what is and isn't checked.
A charge you don't recognise
Flirt Naughty payments appear on card statements under the billing name shown at checkout, which may not say Flirt Naughty. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled, so a charge may be a renewal you'd forgotten about. Log in and check Settings > Billing. If you still can't account for it, contact the help centre. Cancelling and deleting
- To stop paying: go to Settings > Billing and cancel. This stops the next renewal; it doesn't remove your profile.
- To remove your account: click your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account.
If you can't log in to do either, contact the help centre.
Keep your account safe
Use a password you don't use anywhere else, and never share your login details or any log-in code with anyone, including someone you've been chatting to. If a member asks for either, or for money, read our safety advice and report them.

I didn't get the password reset email. What now?
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders, make sure you used the email address you joined with, and request one new reset. If it still doesn't arrive, contact the members help centre with the address you think you used.
Does cancelling my membership delete my account?
No. Cancelling in Settings > Billing stops the next renewal but leaves your profile in place. To remove your account, click your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account.
